6:08 blaidd actually has character development where after a significant point in the game, his master leaves him causing him to become mad and becomes a enemy, so no players don't go out of there way to kill him, he just losses his sanity at the end of the game.

I really like how you don't drag things out and get right to the point of the whole thing actually appreciate that, to me it at least allow someone to have more content in one episode rather than a bunch of stuff nobody really is concerned about or something that they could have just summed up in a minute rather than the 10

I don't know if this counts, but in "Vampyr" you can gain enormous (compare to enemies, it can be several dozen or even hundred times difference) xp by killing innocent civilians, which allows you to develop your skills much faster. Of course, there're consequences of such murders, but lust for power can be really tempting

In Cave Story not jumping down is actually a best option(and pretty hard one, since you need to execute a long jump) because the guy in the pit will use the same jetpack to escape himself, rather then helping you to escape(if you didn't jump correctly or fallen off, you can't get up without a jetpack). So playing carefully make you save someone and get you even upgraded jetpack (since it's owner escaped and was able to upgrade it for you, rather then die in a pit).
