Guts, Griffith and Berserk's Corpse Motif

Back in the day i was watching your "I want wings" video but then i still didnt read berserk however i knew its story to certain degree. After finally reading whole manga your video poped up again and i realised fully about what you were talking about there. And then i found this video telling me so many lil details like "man from the corpses" that i didnt notice before. Great job and i really love your work! Thank you VERY MUCH for all the time you spent on this. In a way each of us are own Guts in the road called "life" and we always can choose path we go. Either hard or easy or we met people who had very "unfair" start like Griffith xD I hope berserk ends in some happy ending because Guts deserves something after constantly getting robbed of stuff he wanted

I never really thought about the corpse motif. My take, after watching this video is that Griffith is using corpses to reach his goal of having a kingdom, Guts is breaking out of corpses after killing said people to leave them behind and press on for another day.

My theory for the end of the series is that Griffith will end up like the Count and sacrifice himself since he has no purpose anymore he realises he made the complete wrong choice during the eclipse and now he’s trying to fix it by sacrificing either himself or choosing the godhand themselves since he has a “bond” with them. All other endings that involve guts killing him or him killing guys just seems ill suited to berserks story

Unrelated, but what is your opinion on whether or not neji was right certain characters never being able to change their destiny's in Naruto? Do you think he was right or largely wrong?

I mean, Guts murders a child and never comes to reckon with it. It's just kind of forgotten about , one of the weakest parts of the story
