Wow dude. I've been watching you since I was 12 and I'm 17 now. Seeing this makes me so happy dude. All the advice you've given me has gotten me so far already in life. And seeing a mentor get a beautiful home like this, that's just so awesome. South Florida is the best too man. Great choice!

Honestly, I love how Patrick presents his home in a humble way as possible, but personally even if I had 25 mil in the bank, a modest cabin in the deep American woods would be more than sufficient for my kind of lifestyle :)
