  • Brace yourself... my 86-year-old mom is completely hooked on your channel. She claims it's therapeutic, bringing back memories of the good old days when folks actually cared about their work and their neighborhood. She's even started calling you her 'boyfriend.' But don't worry, you're safe—she's on a different continent. It's crazy how the algorithm loves the weird and wacky viral stuff, but we believe in cheering on the good guys like you who are actually making a positive difference. Keep doing what you're doing—it's making an old lady very happy, and you don't even have to mow her lawn!
  • It's a shame these beautiful homes are going to waste. With your amazing work, hopefully someone can see the potential.

The neighbors had to be thrilled and appreciative.

What a difference those two properties have once it was taken care of. Nice job!
  • You’re truly an inspiration. Your work, due diligence, detail, and heart for all your videos is impeccable!

What a lot of work. You're great for doing this.
  • To all the people saying they dont understand how this happens here is an example in my family case. Paw paw got sick and we maintained the yard when he couldnt do it any more. After he died we still did it but people moved away or started the healing process. Over time, there are less people around to help and full yard service is $200 per month. We all have our own houses that don't use $200 service. Paw paw did his own yard but we now own the house and there is no HOA so the cost of doing the yard takes resources from my own family and only nets us a "thumbs up" from neighbors that we dint even know like that (since there is no HOA).

It really confuses me why so many relatives of the deceased just let these properties sit and go to ruin. Seems it was far more valuable when it was still livable. I wouldn't want that on my back year after year. Looks like this little house was once charming too.
  • @AndrexT
Wow, another amazing transformation and 2 boats in there as well!

I love the down to earth content. I’m surprised you don’t have soft music in the background. That’d be a nice touch 🫡
