the fact that they released it on July 24, the day Dylan went electric at Newport, is rly tight.
  • Lisan al Gaib! He is the Voice from the Outer World and also the voice of a generation.

The singing sounds good, I think he’s got the essence of Dylan without seeming like he’s straining to do an impression. I’m excited for the movie.

Judging by the facial expressions while singing I can tell Timothée has put on the work, that along with the cinematography and a trailer that is not too flashy makes me think we're in for a treat!

Crazy to think that James Mangold has made the biopics of both Johnny Cash & Bob Dylan!
  • Timothée Chalamet has never disappointed. He will be one of the iconic movie stars of this generation. This film is going to be really good

They've even got the strumming pattern bang on here from his shows back then. That's the details this needed.

Bob Dylan’s gotta think about his whole life before he plays

I wasn't so convinced of Timothee for this role, but man. That voice seems spot on, I'll for sure be watching this one.

As a huge Dylan fan, I have been really leary of this movie coming out. After watching the trailer, for the first time im excited to see the movie.

YES. As a huge Dylan fan this seems bang on. From the mannerisms playing live, the nervous energy, to the voice (which is so hard to pull off). I was afraid of this, but now I'm absolutely buzzing.

The way he blinks while singing is so Bob, I'm thrilled

Ed Norton as Pete Seeger is great casting
  • Edward Norton is incredibly convincing as Pete Seeger. I'm so excited to see this

"From The Director of Walk The Line" Awesome to know that James Mangold who has handled Johnny Cash's story is now given the task to handle Bob Dylan's story

you can tell from his facial expressions while singing alone that he studied so hard for this role and that those four years between when he got casted and now were definitely not wasted. finally seeing this trailer is making me slightly emotional, especially because there was a time when it looked like the entire film was gonna be scrapped. i’m immensely proud if is hard work and dedication to this role — there couldn’t have been a better casting for this than him. i’m so excited to finally see him as bob dylan!

This looks amazing. The Oscar is coming for Timothee Chalamet in 2025.

Grew up with Dylan, when I heard Timothee start singing, my childhood came back in an instant.
