my grandfather was homophobic for his whole life, so I was really scared to tell him that I’m a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Eventually I told him, and he asked a bunch of questions. By the end of the conversation, he told me he’d change his viewpoint on the community. Very cool 👍

He scares me cause he doesn’t seem to understand the concept of consent at all. He can’t fathom the difference between a relationship between two consenting adults and beastiality. He doesn’t understand the concept of only yes meaning yes.

My favourite part about Christians is the whole "God loves everyone, except about 80% of the world". Like your main dude walked around basically saying everyone is valid and we must accept them and they're human, you need to help the poor, etc. And the only thing you got from that was "we need to scream at everyone all the time

I’ve literally never understood why other Christians think the whole “you’re going to hell” thing is going to make anyone want to be a Christian. It seems like a deeply ineffective preaching technique.
