🥣 Ingredients:
12oz | 300g | 1.5 cup dried red lentils
2tbsp oil
4oz | 125g | 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt
1oz | 20g | 4tbsp psyllium husk
1tsp baking soda
salt for seasoning
1tbsp lemon juice
🥣 Cream cheese ingredients:
7oz | 200g firm tofu
3tbsp melted coconut oil
2tbsp lemon juice
3tbsp chopped green onion
salt for seasoning
🧑🍳Cooking tips:
❗You can substitute psyllium husk for flaxseed.
❗Cream cheese can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

This is the third in a row I'm watching of your videos! Usually dislike YouTube cooking videos as they make you wait for everything to get prepped and cooked etc rather than showing us how and then moving on. Plus yours all look so amazingly fresh.
