The epitome of Yacht Rock, Blue Eyed Soul, Soft Rock (whatever you want to call it), Ambrosia released "Biggest Part of Me" on their 1978 album "One Eighty" The song was written by Ambrosia members David Pack and Joe Puerta, and features a soft rock sound with harmonized vocals and melodic guitar and keyboard lines.

This song is so soulful reach #3 on the US Billboard. Man oh man, this was a good listen!!!

Another great soft rock song is a band called "Player", the song is "Baby Come Back". They don't seem to have a lot of other hits, but this ones a jewel. Much love
  • They never got their just dues. They are so underrated its criminal. That David Pack can sing anything. He is smooth as butter.
  • I just love the guy in the middle. He know great music when he hears it....

  • David Pack is a BEAST of a vocalist. One of the best vocals ever dropped on wax. Period end of story

This is a great channel. I love this band. Great reaction for real. If I may suggest some more from them: "How Much I Feel," "Your The Only Woman", "Holdin On To Yesterday", "Nice Nice Very Nice", "Life Beyond LA". I encourage you to watch some live footage, they all sing and their live sound is still studio quality. Thank you.
  • Kings of Yacht Rock , Ambrosia along with Christopher Cross and Michael McDonald. Lots of R&B basically!!!!! Lead singer is David Pack. ❤ You fellas are going to swoon over Baby Come Back by Player- a smoooooth sexy vibe! Same genre- it slaps!! This is a great song for couples dancing. ❤
  • Love it fellas!.. there's no denying the 70s was the decade of Blue Eyed Soul! ✌️💛🤘
  • Lets see some Steely Dan..... The Ultimate Studio Band. SO MANY GREAT SONGS to choose from.
  • Great live version out there from The Midnight Special...they nail it.
  • ' Holding on to yesterday ' is a must see track. These guys slay this song. One of the greatest songs of all time. The musicianship and vocals are on another level
  • Back info: Ambrosia was initially a prog rock group with great vocals. Their first album was produced by Freddie Piro - who told them to give up smoking and go run for a month before recording their vocals. The mixing was done by the great Alan Parsons. It produced IMO their best song: Holdin’ on to Yesterday… which is the only song ever to feature a solo that pairs a beautiful, plaintive guitar with a great violin!! You won’t regret checking this out! I first heard it in 1977, and it’s remained one of my fave songs all these years! Best to you all!

Ambrosia made some great songs. They were great singers. Quincy jones thought they were a great group vocally. Quincy heard many…that’s a great compliment.
  • One of the better reactions to this song. The dude in the center is a free soul and is a blast to watch. Infectious smile. Been hesitating to subscribe to y'all's channel. You're popping up in my queue, so I will be checking out more reactions from you guys. Ambrosia has a handful of good songs. I'm sure others will clue you in on em. Keep on r'actin .
