Honestly we accidentally played one of your vids while messing with TV until we keep watching over and over returning one of the vids when your not posting a new one. 10:48 I have bedrock edition in Minecraft(I play on switch so I don’t have a choice I think) Here’s why I sometimes wish I could have Java. I saw millions of YouTubers destroying the end island with a tnt duper flying machine and then replacing it with amazing builds Wanted to try it out for myself so I followed a tutorial.had my dreams crushed when I found out you can’t do that in bedrock- I want to try hardcore but I can’t do that(idk if it’s just for Java or not) You can’t use slabs to crawl into one block spaces you have to use water(meaning you can’t do that machine that breaks bedrock) You can’t stand on boats. I believe that is it.

Something interesting: the reason the one person covered everything in slabs is because they’re not “solid blocks”, so mobs can’t spawn on them. This is reasonably known as “spawnproofing”

4:15 Wandering Traders are meant to provide you with items that are exclusive to certain biomes, which is why they give you different saplings, coral, nautilus shells, plants, and other weird blocks. If you already have access to those biomes then his trades aren’t very useful, but if you are having a hard time finding a savanna, a coral ocean, jungle, a slime, seeds for your farm, etc. then he can come in handy. He can also sell packed ice and blue ice, which is great for boat traveling if you can get a lot of them, which is hard without Silk Touch. Nautilus shells are nice too. Of course, if you already have access to the biomes that provide you with these items, he isn’t as useful. Perhaps if he sold mycelium, that would be pretty cool because he does sell podzol.

3:15 yeah, i have to agree there. when i was really young i remember playing the minecraft wii u edition and i killed a horse and the sound it made scared me so bad i burst into tears and ran straight too my mum. the same thing happened when i killed a donkey because the donkey dying noise is demonic.

Just a bit of info from a Bedrock player- while mouse/keyboard is definitely more intuitive, controller players can up their sensitivity to turn faster. Also, the random deaths are definitely an edge case. I’ve played Bedrock since launch, and have only ever had one random death- and it could technically have been explained by server lag. We’re way buggier than Java —I’ll never deny that— but we aren’t THAT unplayable. xD In other news, Reddit videos are awesome and it’s nice to see you back posting, Dan.

The cords and the auto save chest are a choice, you can toggle them in world settings. (on bedrock of course)

4:45 the position marker is a certain setting in bedrock, that can be turned off... To identify between java and bedrock, the particles in java will face flat towards the screen, but in bedrock, they will face the camera position
