They may have a small budget, but they have a vision and a clear goal, which is a big advantage over NASA or ESA.

Comment section is wild. I can't really comment on India's economic climate, but I think its great that space access is getting easier. Its easy to talk of how money could be spent, but at the end of the day, having a space program creates lots of jobs in industries that would otherwise only exist in more wealthy countries. This significantly reduces brain drain, helps national pride and with space being so vital, not just for exploration or conquest, but for improving life on earth, I think India certainly benefits from this program. The rest of the world certainly does and will, for one thing, many wealthy countries seem to have forgotten how to land probes on the moon, while India is out there doing it and gathering valuable science.

I don't want to sound like a hater at all, but you mentioned the Chinese lunar missions "Chang'e", pronounced as (chang-e), its actually pronounced 'cha' as in cha-cha, then an 'ng' sound, then the 'e' is an 'uh' sound, but it kind of sounds like you're asking a question, so 'uh?'.
