The level of talent of each member of this band was off the charts

Nobody...I mean nobody sang this song better than Randy Meisner. I've been a fan of The Eagles since the early 70's and this particular song still brings tears to my 62 year old eyes.

This and Hotel California are probably my two favorite Eagles songs. I never get over the look Joe Walsh gives the camera toward the end.

I loved Randy’s voice. He was an awesome bass player, too. Randy had the best voice in the band, but never got the credit he deserved. He was the reason I listened to this song. ❤
