How to cook pork loin that is juicy and full of flavor. I think this cut of pork is very underrated, but with the right preparation you can turn it into a culinary masterpiece. Ingredients and preparation:
1.2 kg pork loin
Salt
Black pepper
100-130 g bacon
1 onion
300 g mushrooms
potatoes
olive oil
1 garlic clove
Bake for 80-90 minutes at 160°C
30g butter
½ onion
150-200 ml broth
150 ml cream
30 g Parmesan or other hard cheese
¼ teaspoon cornstarch

  • Our office cook and I were able to try the dishes from the previous video since his butcher friend gave him some prime pork meat. He particularly loved the preserved pork since it is already cooked and will be a great way to lessen his preparation in the morning for his stepson's lunch. I am sure he will love this dish also since he has a mushroom farm and his brother is raising hogs. Some colleagues of mine are even setting a schedule to cook some of the recipe from this channel. This will surely be included in the "to-cook-dish" at that time.
