Preparation and ingredients:

Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen!
500 g pork fillet.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
Turn the fillet over and do the same.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
Sear the meat on each side.
Garlic.
Thyme.
Sear the meat on all sides.
50 grams of butter.
Repeat after me as in the video and you will succeed!
Now the meat needs to be baked in the oven.
Place the thyme on top of the garlic on a baking sheet.
Place the meat on top so it floats in the air.
Pour the meat juices over the meat.
Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes on top/bottom heat.
While the meat is in the oven, prepare the mushroom salad:
Cut 500 g mushrooms.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
Put mushrooms in the pan.
Salt.
Fry mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Chop 2 peppers.
Add the chopped peppers to the pan.
Fry with the mushrooms for another 5 minutes.
Put the fried vegetables in a bowl.
A bunch of dill and parsley (you can add any of your favorite herbs).
Finely chop the greens.
Place vegetables in a bowl of roasted vegetables.
Chop 1 salad onion.
Put the chopped onion in a bowl.
Let's make a salad dressing:
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
A pinch of black pepper.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Mix well.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Dress the salad with the prepared dressing.
Mix well.
Our salad is ready.
The meat is cooked and can be removed from the oven.
Drizzle fillet with meat juice.
Our dishes are ready to serve.
The meat was flavorful and very juicy.

For ascetics, I would have garnished the backed meat with the half garlic knob and rosemary, then drizzled the baked juices over the meat on the plate with the salad. At first I cringed at the yellow and red peppers, (or capsicums as we call them,) but after seeing the 'salad' you made, with 'the raw onion,' plus dressing, I'll be making this on the weekend. I LOVE video tutorials without talking, and that are not long and slowly drawn out. Well done 👏.

    Fabulous, I may have done 2 things differently, possibly remove the silver skin , maybe add a dash of mustard to the vinaigrette dressing for the vegetables , but your focus on the fresh ingredients made your content. It is on another level. Thank you sincerely Kevin USA.
