I can’t believe I’m saying this, but that first black dress was perfect, not stunning, perfect. The Bride looked stunning in it. It worked perfectly with her slightly deeper toned skin, and my goodness, the tattoos (and I do Not prefer tats) worked With the dress - or was it the other way around. I hope she got this one.

The black wedding dress will forever be my favorite

When the mother says “No, I’m the mother and I have to like the dress.” I can’t even. Why do these mothers act like they own their daughter or that their daughters are younger versions of them? They are not you, they are their own people. If you’re paying for the dress you have a say, but let them be themselves!

That first woman looked like a work of art in that black dress. The dress, the veil, and the tattoos…BEAUTIFUL!

I don’t understand what is so wrong with Cami Lee wanting that black dress. She looked GORGEOUS in it and everyone just stomped on it. Yes, black is not traditional for a wedding but she clearly was a unique and non-traditional bride!! Let the girl wear what she wants! It bugged me so much that her mom and sisters were so unsupportive of her. She got so many compliments on it and she absolutely loved it, and I know at the end of the day it might be “just a dress”, but comprising just to make others happy always bugs me.

Let’s be real, that black dress, the bride, and the bride’s family will go down in SYTTD history as the most iconic and dramatic appointments to ever come on this show.

My daughter Danielle has always wanted a black dress, especially after that girl Camilla. My mother in law had a fit, but her mom told her that when it comes to Danielle's wedding dress, what Danielle wants Danielle will have. And that was that. I was ok with it. Danielle is now 28 getting married in May and she will be wearing black. Both my mother in law and her mom are gone now but as her great granny said, what Danielle wants to wear she will wear. Even though her future mother in law don't like it at all

People forget that it’s NOT THERE WEDDING! The bride should wear what she feels beautiful in not what others expect. Also white meant purity and poor because color dyes were for the rich. So if you really want to be a princess get a colored dress. But white, sexy, innocent, vintage, whatever you feel amazing in is YOUR DRESS ❤

Why do designers think it’s alright to make deep plung that make the women boobs look like they have saggy boobs. What happened to making something that has support built-in?

That naked dress would never once be my choice, but she looks pretty great in it.

camila is absolutely radiant in the black gown she truly looks that she feels this belongs to her and i know the upset feeling in latino families we get so much judgement to look "pure" and "innocent" and it has to make mamma happy but why? it's not your wedding its very frustrating and my mamma and i already talked about this when the day comes i get married (to my someday future wife) she can either be there or not i will not be the one regretting anything and i will not compromise my wife's wedding and mine to make one person who isn't even one of the people being married to be happy

Why on earth would you take a liner out of your dress??? Why make your guests uncomfortable on your wedding day? If it's just you and your fiance alone maybe? But then you find a nudist minister to marry you. Perfect.
