Pray for me guys. Having a pretty rough time in life with personal problems, work problems, and my dad being accused and unfairly losing his job. Truly would like some prayer from the Christian community if anyone’s got the time. I’m at work so I can’t respond to all the comments but thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the people praying for me. It’s been hard to keep strong but I’m trying and I really need all the prayers so thank you I can’t possibly respond to all the comments so I hope everyone who prayed see’s this edit and knows I am genuinely thankful for the prayers that I very much need
  • He's speaking the truth. When you speak the truth you get attacked/ spiritually/physically. Ryan is being spiritually attacked. Please pray for him

I committed to read the Bible all the way through starting March 1st. During my first three days in, I was on top of it, and each day was terrific. The last three days, though, I have failed to read any of the Bible, and my days, as a consequence, have not been great. My mom has talked to me about it. My dad has spoken to me about it, and now this podcast has talked to me about it. That’s three times, and I know the benefits of reading the Bible are more than just having a good day, but they’re so on point. Saying that the devil distracts us, even in the most minor ways, even ways that seem like they will help us spiritually. We need to sit down and read and listen to God, so I’m so glad that y’all are sitting down and talking about this. Thank y’all so much.

I have had the most eventful last three months. I lost my dad in December lost my job in January and lost my 10 year relationship in February. I let myself go in 2023 taking care of my dad and I have been feeling that God was also telling me that I needed to check my body. This episode confirms it for me. Thank you guys!

Yo George we see the discipline you have with cleaning up your words instead of swearing, keep up the good work!
  • I recommend reading 2-3 chapters of the Bible every morning! That’s what I do. I wake up, brush my teeth, get my coffee, and read 2-3 chapters. This is the first time I’ve ever truly read the Bible, and this month I’ve finished Matthew, John, and now I’m halfway through Proverbs. Great way to make a little progress day by day

I definitely understand how hard it is to start your day with the Bible. It definitely took some time for me to build consistency. I always read 2 pages every morning, sometimes I do miss but I make sure that my day starts with God in prayer. Sundays I spend as much time praying, fasting, and reading the Bible. The most important thing is my connection with God. Also, when there are nights where I need good sleep, I'll pray for good rest and somehow that night is much longer and I get more sleep. God answered my prayers and takes care of me. With all this being said, the best place to start is to start your day in prayer and end your night in prayer. God bless you guys!

i just want to say, how much i appreciate this podcast. i recently stepped into my faith and this podcast came into my feed and i fell in love with it. i love how it’s relatable and funny, then also teaches me incredible things and helps me grow towards the Lord.
  • @StarSignJulym6
That line of "Thank you for the things I'm not smart enough to thank you for." really resonated with me. I look forward to adding this into prayer.
  • @WhoElse1
Literally, you have the best podcast going. So much truth, comedy, love, grace, and light
  • @wellactually.
I've been practicing gratitude more.. especially with health.. my kids have been really sick lately but are overall healthy.. I've had a few issues of my own hut the first thing I do in the morning isnthank God for another day..the last thing I do is thank God for another day.. I'm grateful for every day that I'm alive... But i love the prayer ror thanking God for the things I don't even think to thank him for. I will definitely add that to my prayers. Thank you

Hey George, I want to thank you for coming out about your gut health problems. For as long as I remember, living with IBS has been something I’ve been deeply embarrassed about. So hearing someone on this kind of platform talk about it openly makes me feel more comfortable in my own body.
  • @G.Hibiscus
Dude this podcast is so much fun. It’s hard to believe you’re the same guy on Impaulsive a few months ago. You and Bell’s chemistry is THE standard in a relationship. God bless bro 🙏✝️
  • @DDaltonn
That was probably the best thing I’ve heard in a long time… “Every year I look back on my actions like ‘how was I so dumb??’.. im starting to realize the things I do/say/think about in this moment, I will one day also think ‘why was I so dumb’ regarding the things I think about now”. 👏
  • Beautiful podcast. I was having a rough couple days, kinda lost my way a bit. But just hearing you guys talk about how you carry yourselves and respect others without judgement, it’s got me back in God’s grace again. Bless y’all and have a great weekend.

One of my fav quotes going around my friend group is: “God can do more with your six than you can ever do with your seven.” It’s talking about observing the sabbath, but it also applies to time spent with God in the midst of busy-ness. It’s something I need to work on as well, but it really does make such a difference when you take the time to truly rest and meet with the Him.
  • @thezarn2058
I try to get a quick prayer in the shower each morning and still fail at doing it consistently. It's great to hear you are a God fearing man, George. We really need more voices like you out there.
  • @TheKingsEditor
Love this episode. At bible study, our teacher was literally speaking about giving Jesus your first work, your first fruit in the morning. Great stuff!
  • @madamstamp7572
I met you on st paddy's day as I was drawn to the topic of Ryan Ortiz, which led me here. Please let me say that your conversations about God were much-needed to this world-weary Christian who can't seem to make much of anything. Thank you and yours for refreshment of my spirit. Thank you for transmitting God's love this way.
  • Crazy how well you have come along on your own podcast, you’re doing great. I’m in the hospital watching and I appreciate the videos
