My Father was in the publishing business, he taught me something that 12 years in school didn’t. He said that when you write, the reader should hear your voice. Punctuation is very important when writing, I strongly disagree with what has been said here about it.

I think punctuation makes you sound more sincere due to the fact that expresses feeling

For #1, having a plan B might be a reason why people are not willing to get through the hard times in relationships. Or why people are quick to disqualify someone on dating apps.

When I read un punctuated texts, I often feel I misinterpreted the intended meaning of the senders messege.

If you’re a bad cook, food always tastes better when someone else makes it. If you’re a good cook, your food tastes good every time.

I am an English trainer, mental health professional and editor. I subconciously use the correct punctuation while texting. I asked my students if my messages seemed insincere to them as I read this fact for the first time here. The response was an unanimous 'far from it'. You see the brain is unique. Set laws don't work always, sometimes never.

When you were explaining about the yawn, I yawned. :)

I disagree with the findings on food tasting better. Not that food cooked by someone else does taste better , but the why. When you are cooking you are exposed to the smells of the dish for a prolonged time causing a slight noes blindness. This the lack of sensitivity to those smells the taste is less full when you eat the dish.

It feels so refreshing to listen to a video on YouTube that isn't centered around annoying people getting exposure to the world for being ordinary.

"Those who heard about the little girl donated double what the statistic group did. Psychologists attribute this to the fact that if a problem feels too big we feel helpless and insignificant." I would attribute it to the fact that humans more easily and more naturally feel an emotional and empathetic connection to a single person we actually see and learn about personally than to an entire statistical set of people who are otherwise anonymous and nondescript.

People who believe that they are lucky win more often than those who believe that they are unlucky. Because the Optimist buys more.

I enjoy and appreciate my meals more when I prepare them myself.

Yes it freaks everybody when the Boss says we have to talk, without telling you what it’s about!!!
-
Punctuation, when used correctly, is a powerful communication aide.

Texting can be confusing at times for the receiver to understand. I figured punctuation just helped to clear it up. And besides, I'd feel weird not using the English and things I learned long ago. It just seemed more proper. I'd have never thought it would seem insincere. Especially if we're using exclamation points. Hahaha
