If you do decide to go back, one big tip is to keep a level head and stay calm. The ghost when it’s hunting has to actually see you so, as an example from a recent Professional difficulty ghost hunt I did, the thing was in a hallway on the first floor, and there was a small closet in that hallway as well as a kitchen at the end. If I hid behind the door in the closet or on the opposite side of the kitchen in the corner with the Fridge blocking it’s view of me, I could prevent it finding and killing me until the hunt ended.
