The Judica-Cordiglia brothers shocked many with their claims of radio reception of lost Soviet cosmonauts. This is the fascinating story.

- At 4:57, Laika was the first animal, not the first living being.
- At 5:17, Explorer I launched on February 1st, NOT February 31st since that doesn’t exist.

Imagine being one of the very first people in space, dying up there from a fire, and nobody even remembers your name.
  • @ShadowAvis
I'll be honest, this gave me chills with the recordings alone
  • @bigotis9042
The Minecraft videos really helped your channel take off, but I'm glad you're branching off into other content because I think you're a great storyteller and I love your editing style as well. Keep it up

Bro I legit just got into the rabbit hole of Soviet space missions! I can't believe that you made this video right as I got involved.

the one of the woman saying she is feeling hot and that there are flames, its so haunting. they really should've done horror rather than radio hoaxes. there could be some failed soviet or american missions that we don't know of. the fear and immense pain these people could have felt is an interesting subject to explore

just the thought of dying alone in space is so sad and frightening and on top of that having the fact it happened at all hidden makes it even worse (assuming this is real)
  • The moral of the story is to always be skeptical of a pair of Italian Brothers
  • @O_2og
Imagine many years from now some one finds a cold Soviet craft floating around in deep space with a preserved cosmonaut inside
  • @reenokop
Getting lost in space seems super eerie and unsettling. Would be kind of interesting to know where lost cosmonauts could end up in a few million years tho.

Also, if you listen closely to the alleged recording of the lost soviet cosmonaut, you can distinctly hear, independent from the translation, a somewhat thick italian accent. Russian, although well pronounced, doesn't have that kind of inflection with so much stress at the last word, as you can notice when she is talking about flames. As far as I've read, their sister Teresa is the most likely candidate as the voice in the recordings, as she was studying russian at the time. Sorry if I made any mistakes, english is not my first language 😷

That edition... Just amazing! A video of yours talking outside of the Minecraft topic will be always interesting.
  • 4:00 I was alone walking around my house with earbuds in my ears listening to this. I was also about to enter my room which was really dark. I just turned around and went, hell no!
  • RetroGaming is one of the type of Youtubers who makes you actually watch the whole video ♥

just the thought of silently drifting away watching your planet growing smaller and smaller gives me mad chills.
  • I’ve always wanted a vid like this, from Minecraft to space what can’t you do
  • @Jayman2800
6:18 I'd much rather crash into the ground in a fiery pit than experience the horror of floating into endless void. Imagine, you're ready to come home after several orbits, you're dizzy, you're starving, and the only thing you can think about is what stories you will be able to tell to your family and friends, the fame, the title of first person in space, only to press that button and see your home get smaller and smaller as you fly faster and faster away from it, never to be seen again. The only thing left to do is let out one final cry: SOS To The Whole World

Me every time he "takes a step back for a moment": phew, finally a break
