I have an M1 MacBook Air, and I see no reason to upgrade. It's excellent.

In some countries you can get an M1 Air for around 550 - 600$ on promo slaes. If you don't do heavy duty stuff, this is the best 600 bucks you'll ever spend!

Thank, Vadim! I had captured screen shots of several of your comparison videos three days ago, and now I can see them all in single charts

Super happy with my 15 inch M2 MBA one year later. Best computer I ever owned ❤

Just got the M3 Pro / 18 GB Ram. Gets everything I need it to get done, and plays every game I run on it smoothly.

Thanks for the comparison, very detailed data!

My 64gb m1max has been perfect and don't see myself upgrading for a LONG time. They just made them too good. Maybe in another 3-4 years

This video is absolutely brilliant, covers everything!

I picked up an M2 MBP 16' for $1600 with 2yrs of Apple Care at a local pawnshop. It only had 45 battery cycles and in pristine condition. Love it!

In my use case I use my MBP for office work, some video editing and photo editing, drive a pair of displays at home and work out of a pickup during the day. I had the 10/24/32 M1 Max in a 16". The size was a deal killer. I traded it for a 14" M3 Pro MBP 12/18/18 and have never regretted the decision. Moral of the story, I didn't need as much horse power as I thought, and I really should have spent more time considering the size and weight. Wish I would have originally bought the 14" M1 Pro instead, but super happy with the M3 Pro MBP 14" (and the space black is Cool!)
  • Awaiting delivery of 16” M3 MacBook Pro Max 48/2Tb silver replacing 5 year old 16” Intel home heater from Apple - will probably miss it during winter time!

I recently picked up an open box M3 Pro 14in for about $1500 from Best Buy. It was listed as fair w/major scratches. Upon inspection, there were absolutely no scratches or blemishes. I picked it up and it was totally dead. But after charging I checked the battery and capacity is 100% and it had less than 10 charge cycles. At that price it was a no brainer vs the Air w/16GB and 512GB ssd

Still got the M1 Pro 14” MacBook Pro (binned), still can’t get the fan to run loud, and performs amazingly fast. I mainly use figma, vs code, photoshop.

Have had my M2 Macbook Air 13 inch for 8 months now it’s amazing no complaints
