BONUS: what a great tip/trick I never knew: to make cold the sticky doughs I always work with (due to yeast-free and GF) for pizza and bread. I’ll do that from now on! My daughter has a dairy allergy so we are all going non dairy. We are getting ready to have more testing done for Celiac disease. So need to get some recipes and things i can make for her/ us 💝

    Hello Nicki, I followed the recipe however the dough was very sticky (it was sticking to my fingers) and it was very difficult to work with even though I floured the parchment paper and the dough. I attempted to cook the flatbreads however no matter how long I cooked them, they were always uncooked inside. Would you be able to tell me how I could make the dough less sticky? I do not use a scale and all of the flour was lightly poured into the measuring cups. Should I reduce the amount of coconut milk? Thanks!

    Can you use the sorghum flour and/or the millet flour as a replace for the Gluten Free four and for the almond flour -use coconut flour instead?
