  • Nice but not right. They look more like Parsi pattice, cutlets are flat. Also if u decide to shallow fry the pattice u need to fry the sides as well to a coat similar to the top n bottom.

How long do you cook the cutlet to make sure the chicken is cooked through?
  • @MrJamespta80
What is "parsi" in the recipe.. Its a normal cutlet in south
  • I think the cutlets should be deep fried for chicken mince to be properly cooked
  • Hi , I have seen a few recipes of yours & i have really liked them..Am a parsi myself..We add onions to mutton cutlet & not with chicken...If you want to taste it better boil the chicken & add its small shredded pieces & some cheese to it...Avoid a lot of garam masala ..Use pepper powder instead..

aren't we supposed to dip cutlets in egg wash first thn in bread crumbs ??
  • @jjj0nathan
the thickness should be reduced and edges should be flat for proper cooking,
  • @jepoyfern5627
If it's that thick then id toss it in the oven for at least 10 minutes...

  • OK this is Persian style of cutlet. I thought I invented the dish as I make in this manner

For all those who feels this meat is uncooked, you are absolutely wrong. I made this and it was perfectly cooked and tasty. Why would u think its would be uncooked, how do u think people make kheema cutlets, the mince is never cooked and then fried, just marinated with the ingredients and shallow fried.
