I eat plain tofu with soy sauce almost every day for breakfast. I think this recipe would be a good one to introduce non-vegetarians or tofu skeptics to that great food. I am not a vegetarian, I just like tofu a lot. Your videos are always so well done! Mike

actually, tofu is really a nice meat alternative. We're trying to cut back on carbs during weekdays and we got addicted to different tofu recipes. Thanks, give it a try. Let us know if you like it.

Thank you so much for this tasty recipe. Even more, for the ingredient list and instructions on screen, in link, and on web page. I have a little trouble hearing certain pronunciations or miss something and have to go back, sometimes many times. I appreciate written list of ingredients and written instructions to go along with the video. You have provided all! Of times, I will not even go any further in a video no matter how inviting it looks if it does not have some written instructions.Thanks
