PCT #5 (Future Tropical Storm Ernesto) will pass over the Lesser Antilles and closer to Puerto Rico.

Last night, it appears that the center of circulation of Potential Tropical Cyclone #5 has relocated further west. This may lead to significant changes in track adjustments further west, threatening Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
In light of this, a tropical storm watch has been issued for Puerto Rico. A hurricane hunter aircraft will investigate the area this morning and provide us with important data for a better forecast.
