  • I less than 3 minutes he's already told us everything we need to know about mindfulness. Thank You!
  • 3:00 Drawing Name things you see outside the window Taste something with eyes closed Take a walk without listening to music Dance Notice while shower
  • I understand why people listen to music and podcasts while they exercise, but I feel really sorry for those who miss being in the present moment with nature because of it. Same thing with being on the phone. I hardly ever see anyone at my complex paying attention to their dog when they walk them... their phone is always taking precedent. Mindfulness can be one of the best things ever! Being human! Yes! 🤗 Thanks, Dr. Ali.
  • I practice mindfulness whilst walking my dog. Since my dog is scared of a lot off things, I learned to notice almost everything that happens around me
  • Thank you for making these videos! I’m so glad I found them. These are the techniques I’m looking for that I can do at work or during the day!
  • I like how some of these activities are what we did as children and in a way this is also so healing for our inner child
  • Really glad you mentioned computer games. I often worry that the flow state is more distraction/diversion/detatchment than mindfulness.
  • Simple and straight to the point. I enjoyed this and I’m going to try add these exercises in my everyday life 😊
  • AWESOME video! Thank you so much!!! I will start to incorporate these mindfulness exercises and be more focused in the present moment.🧘‍♀️
  • Vegan cooking and vegetable gardening! Also a good way to practice mindfulness is during reading. I always notice myself going off on a new train of thought and then having to refocus and 'observe' that I had those thoughts and return to my reading
  • I absolutely enjoy your videos. I learn more from them, your explanations are so easy to understand, thank you.
  • @miaashly7
I was doing a lot of these mindfulness tips, without even thinking about it; dancing, eating with more intention, watching a video. I was attempting to relax after work before working on school assignments.
  • You are AWESOME. Great presentation, fun, engaging and exciting. Thank you for your uplifting energy.
  • @DrAdnan
As an artist on the side, I love drawing! The problem is if I start I’ll end up drawing for hours 😅
  • @Mku-JJ1if
Indians use hand for eating and i think it could also be a good mindfulness exercise. Thank you for this video it was super helpful.
  • Thank you so much for your videos they are so helpful please keep them coming we need more of them 💜
  • @alinesas
Thanks for this video, it helps me a lot! I tried to be mindful when I was watching it and worked!
