A fun way to connect your cities together in your world, without using just roads and waterways, would be embassies. You can bring in the building styles and palettes of other places in the world to add more points of interest and if it meshes well you can even expand to create districts.

when it comes to those roads through the forests, you could add wood benches a long the way with a light pole beside, almost like a resting area, also you could add some carts with supplies etc, just small details on those forest roads!

For ambiance, I’d love more sounds (birds, wind, bugs, moving carts, clanging metal etc) and more small moving things (bugs, falling leaves, swaying grass and banners etc). Movement helps make the environment feel alive, and sounds make it feel less static and lonely. I’d also love a way to let birds fly in a specific area without trapping or seating them. On music, would you find it fun to have a music disc always playing in a certain city area, e.g. at a festival?

For an ambiance update i'd definitely love to have fog and weather effects reworked, imagine a snowstorm so bad you can't see in front of you, or having mist curling around your knees while you walk up a mountain. But then it could devolve into the same issue as grass and leaves, where if it's tied to the biome and you can't change it yourself then it'd be very annoying when you want to let's say build a different biome on top then you wouldn't be able to work around that. So it would be nice to be able to change those things yourself, in survival at least

For a mega project, i’d say turn the Copper farm into a volcano, it’d explain why there’s a jungle between it and Papyrus, volcanic ash creates very fertile land, and it can also be used to make strong weather resistant concrete for building which the Romans made good use of.

Thanks so much for including my idea! I’m so happy you like it!
  • I would really love to see more blocks with particle effects to add ambience! Minecraft (naturally) as a game fully composed of blocks, can be very static/stiff. Adding movement to a build can vastly improve its atmosphere. I love the way spore blossoms and cherry leaves do this, so having other plants, blocks, or items that also have particle effects would be amazing! :D

idk if you remember me from live but I think you should move out to the savanna next and build an armadillo ranch :)

I play a lot of Terraria, where certain biomes and mob spawns are determined by how many of a certain block is placed in an area. I would love if Minecraft had something similar, where if you have enough of a certain block placed in an area, specific mobs start spawning! A player-made coral reef could spawn tropical fish, or player-made flower fields with enough flowers placed could spawn bees! Something to give players control over where ambient mobs spawn without being limited to certain biomes or locations would really help make Minecraft feel more alive!

Something I would love to see you build is something in the normal nether, not just the hub, although it would be cool to see you decorate the paths towards the portals along with the portals themselves. I think it would be cool to have a palace similar to Moghs palace from Eldin Ring but hanging from the nether ceiling, a dark yet beautiful place in a terrifying underworld, pools of lava, large chains holding the place to the ceiling. Maybe?

Would LOVE to see another forest like ur Birch one. Feel like it adds so much depth to your world. Also some more lore added to ur ghast farm monument. It feels kinda just there
  • I really want a bunch of chirping birds flying around, there also being versions of them for each biome, like a cardinal in the forests and even the mob vote vulture in the mesa
  • @whitmanstuff6469
I think a massive interior project would be awesome to see, because I know you've been trying to go out of your comfort zone consistently throughout this series, and also because that would make the lore that much cooler 😊

Hey fWhip, Do you plan on doing a mob collection/museum in your hardcore world?
  • @Martin-jv5yy
I would add birds, just a lot of birds from white to black ones, they would spawn in all forests and would make bird singing noises

Hey my comment came in!! I love that you saw my comment, although I will say I did forget about all the space that’s right by the castle that could make more sense, with that river (bay?) being there the ferry makes sense, as that way supplies will be quicker to transport over the relatively short gap between the two than all the way around, but people tend to like being closer to a castle, not across a river, my bad 😅

fWhip, I think it would be a nice addition to the game to add trains into the game. These trains would be somewhat reminiscent of Immersive railroading's trains but more simplified in both operation and crafting. Just something that would make it a little simpler to transfer large amounts of resources at faster speeds. Love the main videos and love commenting on these second channel vids okay byeee.

Would LOVE to see some more sky builds! Maybe some steam-punk blimps or other air craft to go with your hot air balloons!
  • @austynkozak4073
I think it would be really cool to have a village somewhere off in the distance, thats showing signs of some kind of corruption or change from the world tree. You could terraform some cool arching roots over buildings in a darker color pallet. Make some custom trees that have a purplish hue to them! LORE
  • upgrading starter area with small touches while keeping its memory could be a fun challenge. more of a nostalgia trip than anything. deffo could be a fun second channel video or stream.
