U can see in his eyes when he’s hearing the voices
-
When the voice told him to kill himself and he said “sometimes I debate if I should or not” :(((
-
I wish I could hug him. I hope he’s doing ok today
-
I can't believe nowadays people use schizophrenia as a joke when it's a real thing people suffer from. I hope you're doing alright bro
-
My grandpa was schizophrenic and went blind so he would have yelling arguments with people and i felt bad for him because he truly couldn’t tell if the people were there or not.
-
Crazy how he knows the voices are not real but he can still hear them
-
"trying to make light of the situation" was a really good pun

I suffered the borderline disorder for over 23 years, with so much anxiety not until I came across psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment actually saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean.
Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms -
Don't ever kill yourself! You're stronger than the voices.

Who else found this in recommended and clicked on it instantly
Wow thanks for the likes -
This is no joke.. I respond to things that others can’t hear or see.. sometimes I have to analyze the situation to see if what I’m experiencing is actually real or in my mind. I do jump while I’m in bed because I feel stuff walking on my bed. I had to learn to not respond out loud to whatever I’m hearing. It is exhausting to have what most people consider a normal day. Praying for you.

You are incredibly brave for making this and allowing us a glimpse or what you're dealing with. Thank you so much for sharing brother. You are loved by many

imagine having to be stuck in your house and in your own head space during quarintene, god bless you.

The fragility of the human brain is scary, sad and fascinating at the same time.

My son has been battling with schizophrenia for over 12 years. He turns to drugs to try to feel normal....that's what he says. If I could switch places with my son, I would do it in a heartbeat. He's been in and out of treatment for years, nothing has changed. I wish the Canadian government would do more for anyone dealing with mental illnesses. What I've learned is that my son is just a number....so sad! I hope my son gets the help he needs before I die 😢

It is actually so crazy how people can life with this. After listining to an Simulator it geniuently seems like a horror movie. Mad respect for everyone who manages to have a semi-normal life
-
the way he was talking sounds like he’s trying to ignore another loud voice talking to him and he keeps losing his train of thought and that is so scary to me
-
This is a sane person with schizophrenia and he actually realizes it

Truly thank you for this video. My husband has schizoaffective disorder and when he goes through an episode- you being able to put into words what you are currently hearing helps me understand what he goes through. He’s expressed in the past that he’s heard almost the same exact things. His common one that he has is that someone is following him or stalking him. When he’s in a bad episode he’ll go catatonic. It’s truly a nerve wracking thing. I can’t even imagine what it’s like to be the one experiencing it so thank you for sticking around to tell us your story. I know this video is from a few years ago, but I saw that you’re still active on here and that made me happy. When you said that the one voice said to unalive yourself the expression you had on your face was one I’ve seen on my husband’s one too many times. So thank you for sticking around. Thank you for not giving into those voices. Again, I can’t imagine what you go through on a daily, but as someone that is a partner to someone with a form of schizophrenia, it means a lot that you keep pushing and that you’re on meds. The fact that you’re also pretty aware of it helps too I’m sure. At least it helps my husband.

My grandmother has Schizophrenia. I love seeing people spreading awareness on this, no one understands her so she was appreciative to see someone shining light on this. Thank you.
