The fact that you could be an influencer full time and make money solely off your content YET you choose to work and follow your passion is just….. 😩 indescribable.. I love you Penny!!!! Such a freakin inspiration especially to the young kids who think making money on social media is all there is. There’s nothing wrong with that, but it’s beautiful to see someone following their passion. Thank you for what you do ❤️
  • As a type 1 diabetic, seeing Humalog in the thumbnail and hearing you properly explain the use of insulin and the meter made me happy. 😊 💙
  • I loved night shift - it is the best shift ever, with no managers around to annoy you! You just get on with plain, pure, comprehensive nursing.

I work as a CNA and I’m so happy to say, I know you’re one of the nurses that take us seriously when we see something abnormal or something concerning. A lot of nurses I had to work with wouldn’t believe any of us until it had gotten too late and they would act like that bed sore came out of nowhere or something after multiple people have reported it.

I graduate nursing school this upcoming December and I have so many mixed feelings about it! It’s so refreshing to see that you love being a nurse! I’ve been kinda down about it since I see nothing but negativity on social media from other nurses and it makes me so anxious to start working.

I had a really horrible experience at a hospital when I was having my children but I still look back at those few nurses that genuinely cared for and helped my children and I...I wish I could remember their names,I'm truly grateful for those beautiful souls.❤🥺😢 Happy nurse appreciation week❤

I’m not gon even lie! This was the most interesting YouTube video I’ve seen in a long time. I had no idea you were a nurse. I take no interest in being a nurse but you have given us such a detailed video on your work life that I felt like I was in a new world, your world and your everyday life! I love how you balance out YouTube and work and I want to see more content like this on this platform.

PURRR, it's so refreshing to see an influencer who is a nurse. But also it's so nice to hear that you love your job as a nursing student. I graduate in 5 months and I'll I've heard so far is that nursing sucks. You are an inspiration to many of us 1st gen Latinas.

I love ur nurse vids, it’s obvious you really enjoy ur job and that’s so refreshing to see, wishing u the best penny!!

finally! Someone who puts nursing in a positive light, it’s really inspiring what you said. Some of us love being a nurse despite the negative implications surrounding it. The whole health care system would crash without them so much love 💕
  • penny is really out here saving lives and being an inflencer❤️ love your content so much!

omg happy nurses appreciation week!! I graduate with my BSN in ONE WEEK and I’m so excited!! Watching this made me even more excited. I wish I would’ve seen videos like this before becoming an RN student bc I had no idea what it was like until I started clinicals. That being said I absolutely love it and it makes me happy to see a med surg nurse like you who also loves their job. I’m a CNA rn and i love it as well despite all the difficulties. :) Update: I passed my NCLEX in July and start new grad in my dream hospital in a couple months!! All of you still in school, hang in there. There’s a light at the end.

I had a hysterectomy last year and wasn't allowed any visitors. My nurse was so amazing, so kind and compassionate. She really put me at ease and made the whole experience MUCH more comfortable. Nurses are amazing beings. Thanks for sharing your day with us!

Since I was in like middle school I’ve been so drawn towards the healthcare field, the prospect of being a nurse ,etc; but now that I’m actually getting closer to graduating hs I’ve been so worried it’s not the field or career for me. the aspects of using what you learn in the real world , being productive all day like you said, and how you are constantly learning is what I really like about it and just the healthcare field in general BUTT being a mega introvert , the whole being around people constantly is also yk....a little scary to me. Literally this video has helped me a lot and actually gave some good insight on what it’s like. Shout out to you penny for this video it’s so helpful as a hs student who has no clue what to pursue 😭😭.

  • Penny you’ve grown so much from your last night nurse routine I am AMAZED like wow penny you really are doing so many amazing things it broke my heart when I heard you say you can’t put it around your neck cus you could get assaulted bless your heart for still loving your job and saving lives <3
  • @kj606
As a nursing student, I really needed this positivity about the job! <3 Thank you!
  • @amixeblu
Penny, I love your more nurse-centric content. I really do. Nothing beats real life, IMO. If you can perhaps do a Q&A on nursing in future. I think that would be so cool. You look like you are thriving in your job! Well done kicking YTs ass and going for a real job.
  • @sophiafoot2410
So good to see a fellow nurse who loves there job. I understand why there is burn out and resentment for the job but it can be draining to hear if you genuinely enjoy the job
