Veggies 🥦🥕 have calories & you want to track the oil you cook them, in but not the veggies!! WHY? ⬇️

When we weigh out spinach, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini - you’re taking away from your carbs… you don’t have to do that! These are so low calorie and we are way less likely to overeat on veggies over Doritos 😂 which are much higher in cal… so instead, bulk up your meals with the veggies and don’t track / weigh them out!

If we weigh them out and have very little so we can have more of other carbs … It will also mean you are eating less fibre, which can then mean a poor digestion 👎🏼

Non-starchy vegetables contain 5 grams of carbs for 1 cup raw or ½ cup cooked. Some examples include broccoli, asparagus, beets, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, leafy greens like spinach, snap peas, mushrooms, brussels sprouts, onions, peppers, and zucchini!

Just try to have about the same amount daily 4-5 servings… If you’re struggling with fat loss, try reducing your calories, not your veggies! They’re their own category now 💅🏼🥒🥦🌶️🫑🥬

The salad in the second clip looks so yummy. What's the recipe for it?
