I remember when she was pregnant and he let them come in to work while he had covid. I was horrified and always wondered if she was okay after the exposure. I'm glad to hear that all turned out well.

This story is very sad on a lot of levels. Pirate you are handling this open wound the exact way you should be, continuing to grow your business with honesty and integrity as you do with your loving family, your long time friends, with your love of God, you are a very respectable Man because of your honestly, those people who get ahead by cheating will hit a brick was, just when they are comfortable and feel like they have achieved something great BAM that brick wall came out of nowhere! ok pirate , stick picks runs your CA operation , you go to Dallas, scoop up Katy to start with , open a warehouse for 3 months (3 month lease )work there take one of your trailers down , set it up how you run yours in CA , hand over the operation to Her after 3 months . FLy 3 hours , drive 22 hr back and forth buying units to sail both ships for more booty . Video calls when ever for operational decisions, Katy is chomping at the bit , Zero Corporate taxes in TX too , Cali is 8.84%. Start with Katy for 3 months and see if you can work it , sometimes you cant be at the helm 24 X 7 , a good first mate might be in Katy ( is she want to ). Great vid

The perpetrator of all this sounds like a classic narcissist; playing the blame game, never taking responsibility for his actions, gas lighting, falsely accusing people of things he himself is doing, etc. And yes, you should contact law enforcement.

I stopped watching him a long time ago because of the way he treated his employees. He didn't even try to hide his sarcasim with humor, it was full on just mean and hurtful.

Yes, you definitely should turn them in to the FBI!!! For sure!!! Do you think you will be the only one that Crimes or Germ does this to?? Contact his countys DIstrict attorney and try to bring charges against him! Where there is one victim there are sure to be more and the amount of money you were out is well beyond felony level! He may have filed bankruptcy, restructured etc but if a crime was committed ie fraud ie theft a judge can still order compensation by the griminal. If you form an LLC, you will remain personally liable for any wrongdoing you commit during the course of your LLC business.
