No single Kalos pokemon had a Mega. The whole point of the system originally was to give my depth and flavor to older pokemon, that's why only old ones got it.

I don't remember the person who said that but they basically said that if we got megas for the gen 6 starters in xy , then we wouldn't see the final stages as their final forms and it essentially would have watered down the apeal of the kalos starters .

When I heard the part of the ‘leak’ that mentioned red eyes, my mind went straight to the XYZ anime with that evil Zygarde facing against ‘Squishy’. So imagine if it ends up being something similar to that and we have to find Xerneas and Yveltal, purify the red Zygarde and unite the two for a bigger fight against the main villain or evil team. Possibly just me hoping, but I think it would be cool if that happens.

I can see them doing both starters like you get the original then maybe when u go back in time they have different starters?

It’s nothing to get excited about if there’s a season change effect. If anything it makes the game more difficult as they come out with a new one in two years, so you really only get to see each season twice before moving on

The red eyes can only mean one thing… Z stands for Zygarde, and A stands for alpha. Because an Alpha Zygarde is definitely 100% something that would get put into a Pokémon game.

I want a volcanion

I don't think we'll get a satisfying Mega Flygon without them infringing on another artist. Hoopa is a great idea for the mcguffin of how space/time issues will take place. But what if Hoopa is our ally in this. Some rumors I've seen mention the 5 rings that appear in Luminous being Arenas for boss (Noble) battles.... So what if instead those areas are where a disturbance in the past is happening and Hoopa opens portals for you to go back and help. Like a "corruption" at a Mart in an Arena will transport you to the initial days of the Pokeball Factory.....

Like the second "leak" (it's always 4chan but one never knows) and hope seasons are going to make a comeback soon because it makes no sense we don't have them anymore... Hoopa? Makes sense but you know GF likes to leave things unfinished (like that Dragon Trainer from Alola and the geoglyph of Area Zero's cave)... :(

I hope your statement on a reduced scope is false. Pokemon needs an undeniable home run since 90% of all Pokemon Switch releases were subpar.
