They say there's never been a world like this in Star Wars, but to me it just looks like current-gen Dantooine. No reason they couldn't have taken a KotOR world and brought it into wherever this sits in the timeline.

The British IGN guy is basically like the way newscasters all sound the same.

Looks like Far star cry: outlaws of pandora 😂

I really want this game to be a big hit, but I have a bad feelling about it

IGN is based in the South, London/Brighton I think (we call Brighton 'London by the Sea', lots of rich people from London have a second home in Brighton). It's also where a lot of the UK media is based, TV/Radio/press/publishing/advertising etc. Kitguru is the only UK channel I know with northern ascents from some staff, it's a tech review channel like a small GN. Clarkson's Farm is one of the few TV shows I know with a strong accent, it's a shame it's so rare. Sadly some people find a strong ascent hard to understand, there is a push for a uniform accent in media sadly.

I am very grateful to be a concept artist. So awesome to be able to create and build worlds in my head.

This looks like Starwars Open-world: Scattered, we wanted a Starwars Open-world: Single piece, where every aspect of the game is well conjoined and interconnected, this looks like factory produced, not hand-crafted

The talent and creativity of Ubisoft's artists has never been in question. What's got me skeptical is the gameplay systems and narratives within the game world and whether they're up to par

Luke is sounding more and more like a midnights edge guest everyday lol.

Keep drawing, man! You can get there - it just takes time and dedicated practice. Their sketchbooks look like that now because they've filled many before with stuff that doesn't look as good building up their visual library

Devs seem really passionate about this game, so I'm willing to wait and see before writing the game off entirely.
  • Bro you named my hometown, “where are the people from the depth of Middlesbrough” Such a small town so surprised you said that! Took me by surprise big time How do you know about Middlesbrough??

they can maybe have my money on this game if they can unfail protagonist face as we clearly will be seeing it ALOT Luke: ima filthy casual also Luke: i will not watch acolyte and you cant even pay me to not casual enough to know acolyte is bad lol

Luke you should look into a little bit of Legends lore. The shit right after Return of the Jedi is badass. Lots of Imperial warlords vying for power. FAR better than any Disney “Star Wars”

I honestly think it looks fine 🤷 a lot of the hate seems a bit over the top to me. Reminds me of how everyone treated Guardians of the Galaxy before it came out and that was a banger, that said you never know with Ubisoft.
