RECIPE:
-1/2 Cup granulated sugar
-5 eggs
-1 cup butter
-1 1/2 cup soaked fruits
-1 cup rum/ wine mixture
-3 cups sorrel mixture
-1 teaspoon vanilla essence
-1 1/2 teaspoon rose water & almond extract
-4 cups flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoon mix spice (ginger, nutmeg & cinnamon)
BAKE AT 275 FOR 2 HO
