USING 🥛 HEAVY CREAM TO MAKE 🫐BLUEBERRY UPSIDE DOWN 🎂 CAKE FULL RECIPE 😋
Come along. I'm using heavy whipping cream to make BLUEBERRY upside down cake. This is not pineapple upside down cake. There's no pineapple here because blueberries are higher in fiber. They're packed with antioxidants. They're high in vitamin C. They may help with heart health and brain health. So let's make this blueberry upside down cake. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 inch round pan with parchment paper. In a small saucepan melt a 1/4 cup unsalted butter on medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved. Pour the melted butter and brown sugar mixture into the prepared pan. Arrange the fresh blueberries over the butter and sugar mixture. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour and baking soda and salt. In a different bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.

Stir in vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed sugar mixture alternating with the milk
Pour the batter evenly over blueberries in the cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from the oven. Let cool for 10 minutes. then put a plate on top of the pan and invert the cake onto the plate.
