Pork Strips Steak is not a different version of PORK STEAK but instead of using PORK CHOPS i used Pork Strips which is easier and faster to cook but the taste is still awesome! Try this amazing and popular Pinoy Food at home and savor its exquisite flavors!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo Pork Meat
3 medium Onions
5 cloves Garlic
5 tbsp Calamansi Juice
2 Dried Laurel Leaves
2 tbsp Sou Sauce
1 small sachet Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Oil
