Amazing settlement build! I always loved making vaults, unfortunately my Xbox got bricked so I can't really build any now. One small change I would make is to edit the Upper-class rooms into being the departmental heads of the vault (Head of Security, Head of Personnel, Head of Engineering, etc.) really helps to develop a structure and story for your settlement :)

I never built beyond the initial large cavity area. And I could never figure out a decent way to get electricity down the hallway from the generator room.
