Man I clicked on the video in good faith, but I had to use the description cuz I’m not boutta sit here for an hour listening to nothing unless I’m tryna sleep, and it was a vitamin deficiency not a overabundance of a vitamin like the title suggests.

You need to get a proper multivitamin, like from garden of life, start using methyl B-12, and make sure to take B1-B3. Vitamin K, D, and magnesium. B1 especially will do you wonders, but you need to be taking B2 and B3, otherwise, you'll end up with an imbalance. If you take all of these together, your health will improve significantly, assuming you're eating a proper diet now.
