I can’t believe some women here are so hateful, posting so many negative comments about the looks of this dedicated and very well informed doctor! She is so beautiful and your hateful comments only show you are jealous. Leave her alone, show some respect to someone who is giving so much interesting information for free!

I retired almost 2 years ago from a profoundly stressful job. I was 80 pounds overweight with uncontrollable hypertension which damaged my kidneys and severe fatigue. I was unable to lose weight because of my high cortisol levels, addiction to food and feelings of inadequacy and loneliness to the point of suicidal thinking. Huge bumps started appearing all over my abdomen. I saw a surgeon and he said that my abdominal wall had completely disincarnated due to a huge buildup of visceral fat and he could not repair it until I lost 80 pounds. This motivated me to I started walking 60 minutes per day and very soon after I started feeling so much better. I rediscovered happiness and joy. Then I made the decision to give up all processed foods. I would only shop in the peripheral areas of the grocery stores, fresh vegetables, lean meats and dairy, nuts and seeds and at least one serving of fermented food per day and eating only during a 8-hour window. Present day, I have lost 80 pounds and wearing a size 6 jeans. I no longer have hypertension or depression and I had my complete abdominal wall repaired. I am off all medications and my energy level is through the roof. I believe that you need to feel some happiness before you can find success with permanent weight loss. Walking daily was my first action which led me out of my depression. No longer depressed I was able to give up the processed foods especially sugar and flour that were killing me. Last week I nailed a dream job, and my social life has really blossomed. The wisdom in this lecture is priceless and a true path to the solution for obesity, chronic diseases and depression.

I am keto, almost carnivore. I do eat chia seeds/flax seeds daily in unsweetened coconut milk. I've lost 140 lbs. Plain greek yogurt. 55 years old and no period in over a year. I walk daily.
  • @deedeew4040
Holy Cow, I thought you looked too young to be a doctor and then you mentioned you are 54? I have NEVER seen someone look this young for 54.
  • YESSSS for dairy!! Raw organic dairy is amazing! I’m 50, no belly fat and thriving on organic raw goat milk, kefir and cream! I am blessed to get from a trusted farmer 🙏🐐🐮
  • @LisaJean777
I am only 30 minutes into your video and I am so excited. I’ve always had a flat stomach… until one year ago. Now I look pregnant and have been devastated! Thank you for what you do! I will follow and do it all to get back in shape!
  • @Lisalk27
I’ve noticed I battle sugar addiction more now at 55 than ever.
  • I love what you are saying about refined sweetners. I eliminated highly refined sugars and foods 3 years ago and do not miss it. I do occasionally eat some but move on after enjoying it. I do want to say I am whole food plant based and have no problem meeting my protein needs, while lifting heavier weights and increasing my strength training. 54 years old, lost 110 pounds slowly over 5 years. Kicked my food addictions and am physically, spiritually and emotionally stronger than ever. My skin, hair, nails, body recomposition all beautiful! Nothing beats finding what works for you and just doing it. Love what you are saying!
  • @BarneyBingo

Hi-I went through this during pre- menopause. From age 49-54 I gained about 12 pounds on my 5 ft frame - and it was on my belly , arms, chest and arms- places where I had never carried excess weight. My waist used to be 25 inches and it went to 29. I went through menopause officially at 54. Covid hit the world and walking curbed the boredom. I was working from home so it also got me of the house. I don't know if it has been the walking , but I lost 14 pounds, feel better than ever and play tennis and pickleball 5-6 days a week. My body looks better than when I was 45. - before all this stuff started.
  • @Arieslove176
Yes!!! It was alarming how quickly my body changed. Thighs, arms and belly fat almost over night and it has been difficult trying to adapt to my new body! Thank you for making these videos to help us keep sanity❤

  • Just came across your channel. So much good information! I am 67 years young and trying to fight muscle loss and also have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. Thank you for sharing this great knowledge!
  • I am new to your channel and am thankful I found you. Not enough doctors talk about what to do during menopause as far as dietary changes and what women can do to stay healthy leading up to and during menopause as well as after menopause. I've never paid much attention to the amount of fiber in foods but I am now as a result of listening to you. Thank you for all you do!
  • @elizabethperry8361
I am so happy I came across your channel. I went through chemo and radiation in 2020-2021. It sent me into menopause. I think I gained about 10 lbs and I have always been and stayed active during tx. I struggled for the first time in my life to rid of that excess weight and I felt so inflamed. I started IF a few months ago and changed my macros to add more fat and protein. Also fiber. Upped my strength training too. GAME CHANGERS. I look and FEEL better than ever in my life.😢 I am so so grateful to have this chance in life to institute such things. I appreciate your information so much.
  • @katherinelam7968
    1) get enough fiber, min 25 grams per day 2) limit added sugars 3) eat probiotics
