    DONE! This is the best butter chicken I've ever cooked! Quite a bit different to my usual method, but night and day better. Char-grilling the marinated chicken really does add a nice smokey flavor and that spoon of honey is a nice x-factor! I used a slightly different spice set and I can't get chick-pea flour. But the result was delicious. My wife has upgraded my butter chicken to restaurant class! More power to food tube!

    Hi. I am from Dubai. Irrespective of how many times I have made this dish , every time it comes out fantastic . I have started loving this recipe to and itā€™s my all time favorite. Tried making it in volumes still turns out to be good as always. Kudos to Maunika for posting this.
