Manufacturing Burial Vaults

2024-07-13に共有
This video is the manufacturing process for both Wilbert and Trigard Burial Vaults.
Although there is much more information about the manufacturing process to share, this is what I was able to put together in the two hours I had working in the shop on this morning.
To clarify part of the video I mentioned the wilbert bronze, which is different from the Wilbert Bronze Triune.
This is a link taking you to a video that shows a Wilbert Bronze, and a video that shows the Wilbert Bronze Triune.
The Wilbert Bronze is the upper echelon of the Burial vault industry. Yes it is very expensive, ND it is also rare. In the 8 years I've been a Vault man only 3 have come through our shop.
I hope you find my videos informative, it is my goal to show the background of the funeral industry and let families know that behind the scenes, there are hard working dedicated people there to offer our service with respect and care for all loved ones who have passed. God Bless!

  • Also, would like to tell you that I lost both my parents last year my mother July 4, 2023, and my dad December 31, 2023, and right now I’m battling cancer stage three is in the lungs now the liver and the bone so I can fly to a hospital bed right now I have come in every day and I have caregivers come in to help me out with meals, laundry cleaning apartment help me shower and change my clothes my medication. This is really a blessing to me as I was the only child and I have no family left so it’s just me, thank you again for the marvelous work you do and the price you showing doing it God bless you, Austin
  • Our friend had their son pass suddenly in a traffic accident a month ago - he was in early 20s. She said the process for arrangements was nothing short of overwhelming. I strongly urge everyone to pre-plan... at minimum, have that conversation. It's not morbid, it's merely a fact of life that we will all go through one day. Make your wishes known. Thank you for the care you show for each and every service, showing compassion as if it is your very own family member. ❤
  • You guys are a gift to humanity. Thank you for what you do and do so well.

Am loving watching these as using vaults in NZ isn’t really a thing. So informative and educational. Thank you 🙏
  • I appreciate the work you and your team do, I believe you just need a good vault. I made my funeral arrangements when I took mortuary science in 1982 one of our assignments was to plan our own funeral and I took it one step further and actually made the arrangements getting an inexpensive casket but a nice headstone and vault. I think your channel is going to do great, this was really needed on YouTube.
  • great educational video!! I wish I gotten into the funeral industry. But this is tough work! Be safe always. May God have mercy and bless you.
  • Hi there. Just wanted to request you turn down the volume of the music in your videos pleasssseee. It makes it really hard to hear what you are saying. 🙏🙏🙏
  • Thanks for the video. I thought those vaults are just simple, rectangular concrete boxes. I appreciate the work you do.
  • Your videos are always informative and very well thought out. You actually answer questions I hadn't thought of and that keeps me watching, knowing I'm going to learn from every video you share.
  • Thank you for sharing your knowledge and showing the care you take for the families you serve. ❤
  • Wow, I have never seen how this was done thank you for the information what a great job you did

Neat peak behind the scenes. Had two parent deaths the last few years. Interesting to see what goes on.
