    11 1/2 years ago I made a lifestyle change to give up gluten,sugar,(allergic to nuts,meat,dairy,soy,beans, I lowered my bad cholesterol in 1/2 my Dr.was amazed,I drink tons of lemon water daily,I walk daily it's not for everyone but it has worked for me..( no fruit at night and I weigh all my foods..tons and tons of veggies,those are unlimited ,limited fruit ,
  • The hardest part for me is the protein. I don't eat meat and dont enjoy tofu normally unless its just right and still even then I cant make it that way myself. My go-to meal is a bova spicy chicken patty added to a colorful salad with cucumbers, peppers, onions, tomatoes and if I have them sunflower seeds.
