love the strokes and love this walk through. The more of these you watch, the more you realize it's a similar process for a lot of vocals. Slight variations depending on the genre, song, singer obviously. But the core of it is mostly the same.

Can someone help? I’m very new to learning hands on producing and mixing; he said he duplicated the vocal. I thought we couldn’t do that bc of phasing issues? But I thought it was okay to dup if you altered the duped track… Maybe I misheard or have this all wrong?
