Mont Blanc is traditionally made with meringue, whipped cream with chestnut "vermicelli"on top. A slice of pancake at the bottom, a scoop of ice cream of your choice in the middle, whipped cream on top and covered with chestnut "vermicelli". The "vermicelli" is made from multi-nozzle piping machine where the chestnut paste can be piped thinly and evenly where they look like vermicelli.
I personally find their lunch is average but desserts are something they are more popular for (my own opinion only).
