A super quick, and simple recipe for Garlic Butter Prawns!
My recipe for quick and simple garlic prawns or shrimp. How to cook prawns perfectly? Anything between 125-140F / 52-60C will be perfect, get yourself a probe thermometer if you don't have one already! The low/medium heat cooking method here makes it easy to not overcook the prawns.
This works best with plump medium sized prawns and is perfect for keto/low carb, just pair it with a nice salad or some veggies.

Ingredients

prawns/shrimp - 500g
4-5 cloves sliced garlic
40-50g butter
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper and a little sugar/sugar alternative to taste
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp fresh/dried parsley

Dish up and Enjoy!

Thank you for focusing on the food only. What a real chef and foodie would do. 💜 And they are not overcooked like the rest of these other videos.

Now that's more like it. Lots of butter to bathe & baste them in not like all these other videos where they say to use no more than a tablespoon of oil. Thank you for this honest deliciousness 😋
