I think EVERYBODY should give all the Insurance Companies THE MIDDLE FINGER !!

I have State Farm, here in OH and my rates have increased 900 dollars a year, over the last 3 years. They just raised them again last week another 240.00 a year. House, 2 cars and a Motorcycle. I'm about done with them. When I called my agent he said...well Ohio got hit harder than most states with rate increases........lol Yeah OK.
  • We had State Farm for 30yrs. We have a clean record. We moved to TN from FL and our auto went down to $100 mo for 3 vehicles. Thought that was great! Two months later State Farm increased our auto insurance from $100. to $157 mo. We cancelled and went with a local insurer.

It is not just home insurance. The insurance company on my long term care policy has raised my premiums 3 times in three years for a total of over 30% increase. I purchased it ar age 53 in 2008 and until 2021, had never had a rate increase. Everyone knows the inflation was orchestrated and all of this is the ripple effect of wreeckless government spending. This is just the beginning.

My wife is so angry with me about my talking of the coming problems, I need to keep my mouth shut. And we're retirees and you know how that is. Empty nest and just us two and even the best of marriages get tested. This is it! Come what may, keep my mouth shut except for praying together and ..... here we gooooooo!

I have a home in Georgia with 2 vehicles and State Farm is my insurance carrier. This year they increased my rates by a huge percentage so it's not only California they are gouging! The federal government, if we had one, should step in and get this under control but they don't care what happens to us taxpayers and nobody with a brain is there anyway! So all of these, insurance companies, banks, grocery stores can charge whatever they want. There's nobody to stop them any longer, so the country and our financial system will finally collapse!

State farm raised my auto insurance from 78 a month to 92 a month to 109 a month. Today I recieved notice that they are raising it to 132 a month for a 10 year old vehicle. Good driving record and no accidents or claims. I also got a letter today from my bank that free checking is no longer offered. The minimum of $500 must be in the account at all times or we get a $12.99 fee.

In my opinion, you don’t need Dr Grundy, save your money go Carnivore, you will see a huge difference in just two weeks, then go make your mind up from there, keto maybe, heaps of info online.God bless from Australia

Since the insurance lobbyists encouraged the gov to make car insurance mandatory, the prices should be mandated to be very reasonable. Insurance companies just take our premiums and gamble in the stock market. If they lose they just raise our rates.

Here in Ohio, my State Farm rep of 22 years tried raising my home insurance by 35% in June. I've never had 1 claim on vehicles or home. Left him immediately for Allstate, who gave me more coverage overall for much less.

my home insurance went up 50% this year! it has gone up every year for the last 4 years atleast. Thinking about just saying goodbye to it and take my chances.

I live south of Houston. Because we are so close to the Gulf of Mexico, we must have a separate wind policy in addition to the regular homeowners. Regular homeowners does not include flood either so must purchase that as well since it floods here frequently, These three run about 10k per year. This is with extremely high deductibles. As I type this, hurricane Beryl is bearing down on Texas so I am sure there will be increases after this blows through. Glad I no longer have a mortgage as I may have to forgo purchasing it in the future. Just renewed a commercial property policy and the only way it could be renewed was with a $150k exclusion! Unbelievable!
