    Anna, I’m the only person in my dance class who doesn’t have their right split, or just flexibility on their right leg in general (I’m a leftie with flexibility) Because the majority is righty, flexibility tricks (like the splits) are always right side. Your stretch routines are really helping my right leg though, and I already see so much improvement. Thank you, Anna!
  • When you were mentioning front splits I was like:” I can’t do the front splits!” But when I tried doing the modification , my feet slipped and I were in the front splits! I started to feel comfortable with it,and realised, I got the front splits!!!!!!!!!!! Love you Anna!❤❤❤

    I was just trying to do splits for about a month but didn't seen any improvement but today was awesome I fell so flexible and I suddenly improved a lot so best wishes for me and the people trying to get the splits...I'll keep you all updated.
