Your video showed cake layers similar to ones achieved by most people- imperfect and slightly broken from here n there. This is one of the few videos actually showing the realistic stuff rather than better than perfect stuff which is so hard to achieve for beginners.

I love your tutorials.I have been baking for years but didn't try my hands at decorative cakes until recently as I always thought it was too much of a pain.Yout videos and tutorials helped me realize that it isn't really difficult.
