I was born in 1969 and raised in a holler in Bell County Kentucky. This story warmed my heart. Lord knows I miss those days. The world was a much better place than it is now.

What a beautiful story! Been awful lonely here for three weeks since we lost our beloved boxer Duke. He was my sidekick here on the ole place. And spent that last day with me outside all day. I'm lost and don't even want to go out. Hit me hard I think because I'm getting old. Tougher than all the others I've lost through the years. It's unbelievable how a animal, just like this old panther can become such a part of us. Thanks Jared. God bless you.
