The way my life is , I have no choice but to have no spend. I’ve always been frugal. I’m a single mom of 3 young adults. I have been for a while. I’m the only one paying the bills. God have been my helper and sustainer. I pay my tithes and offering faithfully. So he always blesses me.

No Buy July was a success for me - I had a goal of 20 days no spend and did 21! 🎉 Gonna ramp up the no spend for August.

I did a no spend for July and have planned to do August. My money has to go to my bills to get debt FREE. I can do this with God's help. Right now with only $4 in checking account no money for anything unnecessary. Enjoy your videos.

Talk about perfect timing “chile” I brought this cause I was around here in a “spending haze” and be mad that I don’t have no money. I’m on a mission to get my money and credit right-right now. I’m not waiting to the new year to get it right I’m going into the new year “financial healthy” . I’ll be on the check in with my progress 💵💵💵

I was out of control in July... I'm just glad July is over so I can start this no spend month.🙂 I started deleting my credit cards from both my samsung and Google wallets. Now if I'm out I have to take a card out of my wallet and it gives me time to think, I definitely returned alot of stuff this month. I am worse if I have cash so a cash budget wouldn't help me. I used my credit card points to get a new toaster and kettle...about to get a microwave too 😄.

Thank you about the apple tip, I just got ride of $180 a year subscriptions that I didn’t even know I was using.

To me, giving is a pure blessing. Your blessing someone else that may need that help, or blessing the church in general because i mean hey, running a church is not really cheap either. They have electricity power to pay for, they have the actual building to pay for if it not actually payed off then they still have to make payments on it. So i have nothing against helping out sometimes like that so i am not judging you for that. At the end of the day, if you are happy about giving like that, then yaaaaaaaaaay right on for you, like you go girl.

I’m at the part where you talking about how much money you saved your friend on subscriptions. My guess is $125. When I started my budget journey 2 months ago, I found I had approx $45 of subscriptions coming from my accounts. There was at least 3 subs coming out every week! Needless to say, I fixed that AND i got a refund of them all for the last 6 months. Cra-zy!!!

I do intend on doing a No Spend month for August, and I can purchase the workbook midweek once I get my paycheck. 🙂 Also, I'm a brand new subscriber and I so appreciate the fact that you took the time to break down - step by step - how someone can go through the No Spend challenge. My husband and I have been approved for a new apartment that we're moving into in Feb. of next year, and I want to put my extra money towards movers and some updated furniture. Hey bestie I took the leap the other day and started the no spend challenge 🎉 I'm a spender like really bad 😂 I let my family and friends know what I'm doing. I deleted Amazon and temu and any other apps that encourage impulse buying I do want to get your books but I need to save money for them ❤ 😊

I am going to try a no spend January. Pray for me. I too want to use what God has blessed me with and make room for my blessings to come😊
