  • I think the reason why most of us are not visiting psychologists or therapist is affordability. There is a sense of luxury to it. It should be as affordable and available as general clinics.
  • When she said that " you will be surprised they don't have those 2-3 friends " It hit me so hard Spitting fax
  • I think our government should open a separate field for psychology and therapy sessions we as a youth really need this because now time have changed, we have evolved. I think psychology department should be there in government hospitals like all the other sector so that we can get help at affordable rate. I manifest this for our future💗
  • Hey Ranveer, Can we please have more psychology based podcasts? Would love experienced people and psychotherapists giving perspectives based on their experiences so that we can better our 20s(or any other) with those insights. A special thank you for this particular podcast!
  • When Ranveer feels he needs to see a psychologist, he doesn't go for therapy. He calls the psychologist in the TRS for a podcast. 😂🔥

  • was thinking today how we have never heard from a psychologist on our fav show and here you are! Another banger, can't wait😄
  • All the people who say that therapy is expensive are saying that they are not willing to spend some money on mental health when they’re okay with spending lakhs and lakhs together at hospitals for their physical health. And no, therapy cannot be looked at as a general check up because there’s so much more work it takes to sort out issues without any of those tablets that are usually prescribed for your physical health.
  • @nehalinga
As someone who's used therapy to grow, and someone who's experimented a lot from amongst the pallete of mental healthcare tools, I think she articulated every answer beautifully and accurately. Great episode to enhance the understanding of mental growth and mental care!
