Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 cups picked basil leaves
2/3 cup pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup garlic oil
salt and pepper

For garnish
toasted pine nuts
Burrata cheese
Parmesan cheese

Cook your fettuccine according to packaged directions in salted water. Make sure to save some pasta water.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Once it's hot add your pine nuts and toast while tossing frequently until golden brown. Add to a bowl and set aside.

In a food processor, add your parmesan cheese, basil, toasted pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

In a bowl, add your cooked fettuccine, some pesto sauce, and a splash of pasta water. Mix until your pasta is coated in the sauce. Serve with toasted pine nuts, burrata cheese and grated parmesan. Enjoy!

I LOVE pesto! It’s so rich in flavour. Also may you make Lebanese food? It’s also a rich cuisine and it’s mostly consisted of fresh ingredients

Very nice, just a little advice, when you mix all the ingredients to make the pesto, add a 1 or 2 cubes of ice because the mixer heat up the basil leaves and so they loose some flavor and color, if you mix them in a bowl or adding ice in the mixer the pesto will come even more flavorful and with a more green color
